Companies that move chemical cargoes face far greater challenges than most. From customs clearance to the establishment of preferred hub ports, we will develop reliable, efficient and cost effective supply chain solutions tailored to your needs, using our transport expertise and in-depth knowledge of international laws and safety regulations.
In addition, once a problem occurs, we will quickly find the root cause and come up with a solution, ensuring that your supply chain continues to run smoothly.
The transport of chemical cargoes is not limited to maritime transport. Goods also often need to be transported inland from beginning to end. Therefore, we can also offer a full range of multimodal transport services.
Supernormal cargo
Excess cargo
The cargo exceeds the length, width or height of a flat or open-top container but can still be divided into more than one container
Excessive goods include: propellers, flanges or trucks, etc
Unexceeded cargo
The size of the cargo is less than or equal to that of a flat or open-top container (i.e. loading requires the assistance of special equipment but does not require replacement of other compartments of the ship).
Goods not exceeding the standard include machinery or trees that can be lowered into open top containers
Bulk cargo
Goods that are far beyond the size and/or weight of a standard container and are therefore considered uncontainable and are usually secured by multiple thick ropes and placed on flat boxes
Common bulk cargoes include: yachts, masts, industrial equipment or railway cars
These are just some of the measures we take to help you get your special cargo to your destination safely and efficiently. If you want to know more about our services, please contact us!
